Last August, I met with Katie in downtown Greenville to do her bridal portraits. We shot some inside the Westin Poinsett Hotel, and then around downtown Greenville.
Sometimes you cross paths with people in your life, and you are better because of it. This is the case with Megan and Lou. Megan and Lou are both very special people and talented people, and it was an honor to be a part of their wedding.
They were married in June at First Baptist Church Newberry, in Newberry, SC. The reception was at the Newberry Country Club.
In June we had the pleasure of being Kristen and Kyle’s wedding photographer for their wedding at Mauldin United Methodist Church in Mauldin, SC. The reception was at Saffrons in Greenville, SC.
In May Kyle and Kristen came down to our Fountain Inn studio for their engagement session. I am so blessed to be able to walk right out of my office and have such really cool places to shoot!
We photographed Kyle and Kristen walking around Fountain Inn. Fountain Inn is changing so fast right now, that in just a few years you won’t even be able to recognize where we took the pictures!
Lauren was a bridesmaid at Amber’s wedding back in 2008. We were so excited when she booked us for her wedding because we knew from spending time with her at Amber’s wedding, she was beautiful and had a great personality!
Lauren wanted to do her bridal session in Clemson. We shot in several different places, but mostly at the South Carolina Botanical Gardens.
On to the pictures!
Back in May, we had the honor to photograph Sarah and Jim’s wedding. This was the first wedding we’ve ever shot where both the bride and groom both were in the military! Jim is a Marine, and Sarah is in the Navy! The wedding was at Christ Community Church in Simpsonville, SC. The reception was at Saffrons in downtown Greenville, SC.

Be sure to check back tomorrow where we will post Sarah’s bridal portraits!
Melynda and Seth’s wedding was one of the most beautiful weddings we photographed this year. The wedding was also very special to us because it was on my anniversary! When Melynda inquired with us about booking that date, I asked Stacy if it was OK for us to shoot a wedding on our 10 year anniversary. She wasn’t quite sure at first, but when I told her it was in Hilton Head, and we would be in Hilton Head for that weekend, she quickly said yes!
The wedding took place on a Friday afternoon in May at the Hilton Oceanfront resort at Hilton Head Island, SC. The resort did a fantastic job all the way around for this wedding. If you are looking to get married in Hilton Head, we can definitely recommend the Hilton as a fantastic venue!
On to the pictures!
It’s time to blog another wedding! I am 8 weddings behind on the blog and probably about 30 portrait sessions behind! We’re gonna do our best to continue to update this thing and show you what we have been up too lately!
Back in May, Stacy and and I traveled down to Newberry to photograph the wedding of Sarah & Joseph at First Baptist Church Newberry. The reception was held at the Newberry Fairgrounds.
Sarah was stunning! Onto the pictures!
Time to continue to catch everyone up on our weddings! On April 25, Stacy and I travelled to Fort Mill, SC to photography Megan and Darren’s Wedding. The wedding took place at the beautiful Dairy Barn at the Anne Springs Close Greenway.
Megan was absolutely stunning on her wedding day! Darren is a lucky man! The Dairy Barn is a unique place to have a wedding. When you think about weddings, getting married in a barn is not usually the first place that comes to mind. The Dairy Barn is a beautiful place though. If you are getting married in the Charlotte, NC area, we highly recommend the Dairy Barn!
Onto the images.
Megan and Darren thank you so much for allowing us to be your wedding photographer. I look forward to hanging out with you guys again in April at Megan’s sister’s wedding!
Jason
Back in April we had the privilege of photographing Robyn & Zacs Wedding at the Harward House in Simpsonville, SC. It was a beautiful April day. It couldn’t have been prettier!
