Last August, I met with Katie in downtown Greenville to do her bridal portraits. We shot some inside the Westin Poinsett Hotel, and then around downtown Greenville.
In June we had the pleasure of being Kristen and Kyle’s wedding photographer for their wedding at Mauldin United Methodist Church in Mauldin, SC. The reception was at Saffrons in Greenville, SC.
Back in May Sarah and I visited Furman University to shoot her bridal portrait session. Sarah was away in the Navy when her Mother booked us for her portrait session and wedding, so this bridal portrait was the first time I had ever met her. When she showed up in her bridal gown she was absolutely beautiful!

Back in May, we had the honor to photograph Sarah and Jim’s wedding. This was the first wedding we’ve ever shot where both the bride and groom both were in the military! Jim is a Marine, and Sarah is in the Navy! The wedding was at Christ Community Church in Simpsonville, SC. The reception was at Saffrons in downtown Greenville, SC.

Be sure to check back tomorrow where we will post Sarah’s bridal portraits!
I have been really neglectful with blogging lately. There is a really good reason why though. We have been working on a top secret project that we will be launching soon! I really can’t wait for everyone to see it, but it’s gonna be worth the wait, I promise!
In the meantime, we are going to catch everyone up what we’ve been doing the last 6 months. We literally have dozens of weddings and other photo shoots that we need to blog here. So from now until the end of January, we will be blogging at least once every single day! You will see weddings, engagement sessions, bridal portrait sessions and family portraits! Maybe even some personal work that we’ve worked on! We have so much to post!
We hope you will visit back with us every day to check out new images. Thanks for stopping by!
We have been so blessed these last few years by working with the greatest clients that any wedding photographer could every possibly have and I just want to say thank you to all of our clients and friends.
We have continued to book weddings this year, and next Spring is booking really fast as well. Even though the economy hasn’t been the greatest in the last year we have continued to book more and more weddings. We even branched out into family portraits this year, it has been successful! As we have watched countless other photo studios go out of business, or downsize, we have been able to continue to grow and even hire an associate!
Thank you so much to all of our wonderful clients that have made this possible. We do very little advertising, and almost solely depend on your word-of-mouth for our success. Thank you for all that you do, and we will continue to do our best to serve you now and into the future!

On Saturday I had the blessing of shooting Meg and Matt’s wedding. It was a gorgeous wedding, and I can’t wait to share the pictures here with everyone when they are ready in a couple of weeks!
For now though, I get to share Meg’s bridal portraits! A few weeks ago I met Meg and her Mother at Furman University for her bridals. It was a little chilly outside, but Meg was a trooper.

Meg was truly a lot of fun to work with as you can tell! That last picture was totally her idea! I think it really showed her true personality!

Last month I met Christan and Patrick early one morning to do their engagement session. It was about 30 degrees as we were making these pictures.
Even though it was very cold they were really troopers.
Here’s the pics!
Check back on Wednesday for their wedding pictures! And be sure to check back tomorrow for another engagement session!

Monday morning I met Katie and AJ for their engagement session in Greenville. I knew after talking with Katie during our initial meeting that the session would be loads of fun! Katie had a lot of personality and from what I heard about AJ, he did as well!
I definitely was not let down during their session. They were really a lot of fun to shoot, and a lot of fun to hang out with. They invited me to have some Starbucks with them afterwards, but I had another meeting right after their session so I was unable to go. Too bad though, because I would have loved to hung out with them longer!

It’s time to get back to blogging more weddings again. Starting with this wedding, I am going to start adding 3-4 weddings a week here on the blog until I get through all of our 2008 weddings. We do still have a bunch to blog!
Berkley and Chris’s was our last wedding of 2008. The wedding took place at John Knox Presbyterian Church, and the reception was at The Carolina First center. The wedding and reception was beautiful, and Berkley was stunning!
