A few months ago after we booked Megan and Justin’s wedding, Megan started telling me about this idea she had for her engagement session.  She was wanting to do a Man Men inspired session, while wearing clothing inspired by the show, at a jazz club.  I thought this was an awesome idea!

We met at the Brown Street Club in Greenville.  The Brown Street Club was so generous by allowing us to shoot in the club while it was open.

 

Last week we went down to Clemson University to photograph Sarah & Bart’s engagement session.  At the end our our shoot we saw one of the most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever seen in my wife.  We were so blessed to get a sunset like this during a photo session!

 

Last weekend we went up to Gastonia, NC for Katie and AJ’s engagement session. Special thanks to Pennybrook Farms for allowing us to photograph at the farm!

A couple of weeks ago on a crisp Sunday morning, we traveled up to Chimney Rock, NC to do April and Scott’s engagement session.  We shot along the riverwalk at Chimney Rock Village, and finished at Lake Lure.

We are finally catching up to 2010 portrait sessions and weddings!  It has taken a while, but we hope to be totally caught up by June 1st.

Back in January we had the pleasure of driving up to Belmont, NC to photograph Amanda and Steve’s engagement session.  Belmont, NC is always such a neat place to shoot an engagement session.  You have parks, pretty sidewalks, neat stores, and then of course the trains.

Karen & Chris chose to have their engagement session at their mountain home on Lake Keowee in the SC Mountains. We shot outside as long as we could before the rain started. It was just enough time!
