This was the 2nd wedding that we had ever shot in Abbeville. Both weddings we have shot there have been amazing! This one took place at The Hill House. This house is 170 years old! If someone is looking for a venue in the Greenwood/Abbeville area, you can’t go wrong with the Hill house!
Jessica was such a beautiful bride! She wore a beautiful dress with a gorgeous red sash that just added to the dress!
We were fortunate enough to be able to photograph Melissa and Tripp’s wedding back on April 12th in Abbeville, SC.
Melissa and Tripp have both been nothing but a joy to work with. It really was a blessing to get to be a part of their lives.

Melissa had a special delivery from Tripp, along with this letter. My favorite thing about shooting weddings just might be getting to witness these special moments that I otherwise wouldn’t get to see.
I noticed the reflection, I thought it was cool.
This picture is definately one of my favorites from 2008 year so far. After I saw those doors, I knew I wanted to get this shot! I love this shot so much because of how dreamy it looks, and it still keeps the details of the dress visible for us to see.

After the wedding we went to the square in Abbeville to take some pictures of the couple alone. It also gave them the opportunity to spend a few moments together after the wedding.
I also want to send a shout out to Nita Posey of Praise Unlimited Weddings. She coordinated the wedding and reception and did an insane awesome job! I really hope that we get more opportunities to work with her!
