We finally have our new phone system up and running! I’ve kinda dragged my feet on it for a couple of weeks because I’ve been busy with other things. It’s ready to go now though.
I wanted a vanity number that people couple remember. So we went with 1-888-MTN-WEDD. For those that may be a little big letter challenged, or have a blackberry that does not have the numbers on them (like me), the numerical number is 1-888-686-9333. We figured that would be easy to remember, and it would associate us with the name of our company.
As our small company continues to grow, it was important to have a good reliable phone system that would direct phone calls to the proper place. I still handle most of the day to day operations with our company myself, but we know that will be changing in the future. It’s important for people to be able to call a single number, and reach the person or department that they need to speak with. Our new phone system allows this. You can push one button for inquiries and questions, another to reach me directly, and another to speak with Stacy for our final consults. We really feel like this new phone system will allow us to continue to deliver the best service to our clients as possible as we continue to grow.
The phone system will route you to the correct people during normal business hours 9-6 M-F, but after hours it will allow you to leave a message in case of an emergency. That way we can still get back to you if it is an emergency. As always though. On wedding days, and the week before weddings, we will always be available on our cell phones.

2007 has been such a great year for us. It’s going to be really hard to top it in ’08. We have shot weddings literally all over South Carolina and North Carolina this year. From the highest peaks of NC to the islands of SC. It’s really been a blast!

We are so excited to announce today that our new photo cart is now fully functional and ready for your orders! As of today, we will no longer be using Pictage for print order fulfillment.
Photocart allows us to offer a customized experience for all of our clients. It is much easier to order from our photocart than it is for Pictage.
